Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within XNUMX days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after XNUMX days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (WeeDo funwear GmbH, Eschelsweg 4 | 1st floor left, 22767 Hamburg, Germany, weedo@gojungo.com) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than XNUMX days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of XNUMX days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is especially true if we are your lender or if your lender uses it to fund our participation. If the loan has already been received by us upon the revocation taking effect, your lender will act in relation to you in respect of the legal consequences of the revocation or return in our rights and obligations under the contract financed. The latter does not apply if the present contract deals with the acquisition of financial instruments (eg securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you want to avoid a contractual binding as much as possible, you make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of revocation.
